A large, stout bird species
with feathers that absorb dust well.
It is mainly found in areas with significant ash fall caused
by active volcanoes, and is so named
because it often looks like a huge walking ash clump.
塵埃をよく吸着する羽を身にまとった、
ずんぐりむっくり大きな鳥類。
活火山による降灰著しい地域に主に生息しており、
歩く灰の塊のようになっている姿がよく見られるために
その名前が付けられた。
